So LoNg 2009...

Well If Oprah is looking to publish a new documentary book boy have I got one for her. 2009 has been the craziest year of my life! A few of the highlights or dead ends would have to be JaNuArY-started shooting a Bow and Arrow in a couples league. Was actually to shy to talk to people. ran over a skateboard with the car and broke the bumper. FeBrUaRy - Went on the rainest vacation with my best friend and her family and my dad. All 4 days in Disneyland was wet! A very close friend lost her Dad. I got a new computer and a vacuum for Valentines day! MaRcH-I was in the Sports Expo and took 4th place after throwing up for being embarrassed to perform in front of people! My baby started on a little league team. ApRiL- My Husband had his birthday turning 34! I was depressed and didnt color easter eggs for Easter. I went on a girls night out without the kids and the activity I planned turned out being to see a kids play! Hilarious! And for the first time in a long time I hung out with my mother almost all day. MaY-Went on a vacation shooting tournament to Redding California! My car got broken into and my ipod and nintendo ds stolen. My Daughter turned 7 and two of my kids broke their feet! Had the worst case of Strep throat! Almost literally killed me. JuNe-Kids were out of school for the summer. Went on the Fun Bus with Margie to Wendover won $100 bucks. My Tyson took 2nd in the Pinewood Derby. My Zacke rode his motorcycle by himself for the first time. Tyson had a life learning experience and got grounded! I rode a mechanical Bull at the Carnival and we went to the zoo! JuLy-Watched fireworks at the neighbors and made non-alcoholic margaritas for 27 people. Went to the Hot air balloon festival. Had the neighbor Tony at our Amazing Ward Luau. Zack started T-ball! Went to Lagoon with the family! AuGuSt-Tyson turned 9 and had a little party at the skate park! Neighbor had me shoot my Arrow through his metal mailbox!! I went on my very first Elk Archery Hunt-it sucked! I hate hiking so bad! SePtEmBeR-Happy 14 year Anniversary to me and Jason!! Went to an Overnight Girls Night out in Park City! Changed Phone numbers! Schools back in session! Ceiling Caved in down in the basement! Started on budget-super scary! OcToBeR- Reverse trick or Treating at the care center. I had a very successful Boutique with 109 people in attendance! Saw 9 new born babies at the zoo (elephant, giraffe, 3 tigers, meerkat, sheep, snake, kangaroo and monkeys). My baby turned 5! Some people wanted to buy our house. The best Going Away Party of the century in which I was the guest of Honor! Ward Halloween party. Trick or Treating ended at 10pm. Moved to a new house in West Jordan. NoVeMbEr- Jasons Siter moved out into her own big house the same weekend we moved. Nothing but sadness being away from friends in Saratoga Springs. Got Beat up by a 9 year old autistic kid. Got the cops called on us for shooting our bows in the backyard. Tyson helped start a field on Fire! He got grounded for 2 weeks. Experienced year round school and the kids being off track for 3 weeks!! Found a family member that lived 4 doors down from me. Went Christmas Shopping with Camille and the dumb check card wouldnt work (Embarrassing) turns out I just needed a new card. DeCemBeR- Had an awesome birthday party at Classic skating with my girlfriends, I turned 33! I had to post an eviction notice on the door at the old housebecause I found out the people buying our home up and left and turned the gas way up so now we will get that huge bill since they never put it in their name! Destroyed the house with garbage and holes in the walls! Had to pack up lose our deposit and move back to Saratoga Springs 3 days before Christmas! Didnt go overboard with Christmas gifts this year felt dumb. Kids were fine even though they didnt get the dog I planned on 5 minutes before they woke up. Got my first winners check from the lottery...$10 bucks wahoo! Found out that I need a partial Hysterectomy before I get uterine cancer! Our good Friend Rich got into Medical school so him and his family are moving to New Mexico. My Camera got Broken. but not everything was terrible this year I did Realize an important lesson; Nothing is ever definate except the love of our Savior Jesus Christ! and There is no better place to be then right here with those who love me. Iam what I am and if you dont like the craziness well then go away!

Tenanaki please...

When asked would you like to go to lunch for your birthday Zack opened up his arms and screamed with Glee "Tenanaki Here I come" In other words his favorite place to eat is Tepanyaki. I told him that we couldn't go there cause they weren't opened yet not until 3 so he said "fine but I want some nuts from Cabela's" Ok does anybody else see what I can see? Yes he turned 5 and he knows what he likes. So daddy took him to Cabela's for some roasted nuts and then a couple days after we moved into our new place Grandpa Bennett (my dad) took us to Tepanyaki. Zack loves to catch the shrimp in his mouth and the flames! I love that he likes to eat rice and shrimp. What a good boy he is. Now his birthday is complete!

We are moving to a new home in West Jordan! It is really close to Jason's work and his family and some of the things I like too. The worst part about it is that I have to move away from such wonderful friends. I knew I was loved and maybe a little popular but nothing like this! Simply Wonderful loving sisters. For starters they threw me a going away party that was the BOMB! Ive never had so much fun in my entire life I cant believe that these women love me so very much, what did I do deserve such love? This party lasted until 2 am, there was karaoke, food, laughter, girlfriends, memories and lots of hugs! They made a memory box for me that included some great stuff like a toy silver car from Camille for the time I tried to leave her at a chinese stoplight in park city, a blank video tape for the inside joke that Afton knows about!(dont ask), a feel your boobies sticker from Julie cause I am a walking billboard for breast cancer awarness, a Huge 2 liter of coke from Maria for the time she had to bring her 44oz coke into Ihop at midnight, a new welcome friends sign from Danai because she does vinyl lettering and thats my favorite door sign, a new shirt from Irene cause I love her shirts she makes, a bear for my hugs I always give, a toilet paper roll for all the times I make them laugh until they pee their pants, a light bulb for being a light in their lives, a party hat cause Im the life of the party, an armgaurd from Amy to protect myself. Some candy and a honey package cause Im as sweet as honey. I really suck at Karaoke!! Yikes I sound horrible. Surprisingly no matter how bad it sounded Tracies kids never woke up and I didnt hear any dogs howling! I'm telling you that you can't find better friends than this anywhere on this planet! Afterwards in a couple of days they all went to my house and cleaned it top to bottom until it sparkled. I wasn't even able to go help and they all just did it anyways. Thanks for you maids Shaleen, Tracie, Afton, Jen, Heather, April and anyone else who was there I didnt know about. Really I cant stop crying at the love I have felt these last couple of days. Thanks again ladies you will remain forever in my heart. I vow not to make more friends at the new place cause then I wont have to leave them eventually plus all I will ever need is these girls. Love you all thanks so much for loving me in return.

Zack had an Galactic Birthday!

So in the rush of things Zack turned 5! I really cant believe it, my baby is 5. So we invited everyone of his friends because a)most of them love Star Wars and b)we were moving two days later and wanted it to be extra special for him. So a couple of our friends had life sized star wars dudes so we borrowed them and they were awesome. A Jar Jar Binks and a Yoda to be precise!




The kids loved it. Then we found some star wars trick or treat bags that we bought for cheap to use as goodie bags that we filled with Darth Vader piniata goodies, playdough, glow stick lightsavers, star wars shooters and other star wars stuff. Our piniata was hard to break open with lightsavers but we did it! This picture below is random but hilarious... doesnt it look like the Darth Vader head is a bobblehead on Jason's body!



We even got to play pin the lightsaver on Darth. The kids had a great time and Zack didnt stop smiling for a second.






Zack's favorite present was his new roller skates I was so proud you all know why!



We did some Jedi training and the Jedi Knight's saved the day Thanks! Jedi Luke, Jedi Logan, Jedi Rylan, Jedi Weston, Jedi Brigham, Jedi Dylan, Jedi Helium, Jedi Cameron, Jedi Braxton, Jedi Davey, Princess Katie and Syth Lord Tyson.

Reverse Trick or Treating

So the women in my ward decided to organize a reverse Trick or Treating event. In which you take treats to someone and there's no tricks but you get a good feeling in your heart. All the kids dressed up and we went to a nursing home with lots of fruit and took the patients some goodies. We sang the witch song and the children learned a valuable lesson that is to give to others without expecting anything in return. Katie and Zack had a great time and maybe next year we will do it again. The picture with me was after Chelsea made me do a witch crackle I think it sounded a little TOO good, maybe I am a witch. Katie is a devil angel so her Halloween name is Devang' and zack is a handsome snake eyes from GI Joe.

Couples Retreat?

A bunch of my awesome friends went out on a mini Couples retreat to see the movie and get some dinner. The movie was hilarious and funny and had a good story line to it. Afton and Joe Mannino, Brent and Camille Stoddard,Reagen and Tracie Burton and Jason and I loved the movie. The funny part of the night was when Tracie and Afton fell on the sidewalk before the movie trying not to pee their pants, I know I'm hysterical but seriously Hold it Girls!!! They were laughing so hard that they could barely make it into the bathroom. I love these girls they are so much fun to hang with. We had dinner at Red Robin which was good and the kids hung out at grandmas. So if your looking for a fun time with your spouse go check out this movie you'll laugh!

Yes they are so big!

My mother in law took us to the zoo to see all the new babies born this summer and since the elephant already weighs 250 lbs and the giraffe grows a foot a day the first month we thought it would be great to go see them before like my kids they have suddenly become all grown up. The elephant was so flippin cute! and then baby meerkats, baby tigers adorable, baby giraffe really skinny, the baby prairie dogs! All very very cute and how often in a lifetime do you get to see so many babies? We actually saw more animals this trip to the zoo than any other time before! No lions and only two camels. No panthers and didnt see any gorilla's. Wish I could go to the San Diego Zoo I hear its spectacular and would put hogle to shame.

So 14 yrs ago I married my very best friend, It was love at first sight for me anyways.(read story at the left) I would be nothing if it weren't for the love of my life Jason! My knight in shining armor who rescued the girl from the tower. Thank you so much for everything we have shared together. The good times the bad times and everything in between. I never imagined that one person could ever make my dreams come true but You have! You've given so much to me like my beautiful home and a family to fill it. Everyday I love you more and more. I know its been a little crazy with your polar opposite by your side but I wouldn't have it any other way. You've only been with me for half my life and I cant wait to be forever in your arms! Some say that after so many years a lot of the time the magic gets lost but honey You've still got it, whatever it is that makes my heart skip a beat and my stomach get butterflies. You will never know how MUCH I love you with all my soul! Martina McBride said it best when she said "Everyone calls you amazing, I just call you mine." When I married you all of my friends were jealous and it was a wonderful thing I hope they are still jealous that every night I get to lay next to the man in my dreams! Of all the things you made me; a wife, a mom, a maid, a lover, a terrible chef, a secretary and a mechanic the best is you have made me HAPPY I love you weigh heavy tons!
